Each decision you have made was thought over and carefully considered. That is why it simply makes no sense that you now find yourself at exactly the same point that you were at ten minutes ago. Acres upon acres of tall cornstalks make it impossible to get your bearings and plan out a successful route. Your only hope is to keep moving before the full moon is obscured by the clouds rolling in. You have tried telling yourself that the howling you have been hearing is coming from a coyote and not a werewolf, but it's hard to think straight while you are this frightened. After a few more quick turns, you find yourself at a dead end, but this time, a masked individual holding a chainsaw is blocking your path back out. You take a deep breath and try to remain calm. The individual gets the chainsaw revved up with a single pull, though, and it is accompanied by your blood-curdling scream.
